Child Abuse Case - Living with rattlesnakes
Deming - Four children were removed from a house in Deming after Luna County Sheriff's Deputies say they were living in deplorable conditions. The children are ages seven, three, one and six-months.
The deputies were alerted about the alleged abuse when a neighbor called, concerned about a three-year-old that was walking around the neighborhood with no shoes and no supervision. When Sheriff's Deputies arrived at the house they discovered human and dog feces on the floor of every room, an overflowing toilet and a six-month-old who hadn't been changed in days.
