Bank Robbers Caught Because of Cap With Bass On It

When two men made a series of robberies in Delray beach and Boca Raton something they wore made them more memorable than they may have expected.
    During each robbery the men wore dark clothing and were armed with guns but it was a dark colored cap with a picture of a bass that gave them away.
On Oct. 4th Christopher E. Nichols and Damon J. Davison were arrested outside of an RCB Bank in Delray Beach and admitted to officers they were planning to rob the bank.
Police also found that both the cars used as getaway vehicles were owned by Nichols and Davidson.
Police were on to them when an officer found the cap with the fish on it near the Heather Lake subdivision in Boynton Beach.
The due was arrested when Officers  found a Volkswagen Beetle matching the description of a car used by the robbers near the site where the hat was found.

Man Mistakes Cousin For Skunk, Shoot Her


A Pennsylvania man made a horrible mistake that almost caused his young cousins life.
During a hide and seek game at a Halloween party Thomas Grants young cousin lay motionless and face down he accidentally mistook her for a skunk.
The 9 year old girl wore an all black costume that included a long white feather on her hat.
Grant went outside and shot what he thought was a skunk.

Police Chief Steals iPad and iPod From Evidence


News Athens Police Chief, Dallas W. Hill has been charged with snatching evidence.
Hill was arrested after an investigation that started when someone called and tipped off the police department.
The Police Chief was allegedly using an ipod and ipad, that was part of evidence for another case, for his own personal use.
The charges are all class 3 felonies and could be punishable with 3-5 years.

Police use Taser on 10-year-old at school career day, lawsuit alleges

A lawsuit claims an New Mexico state police officer stunned a 10-year-old boy with a Taser after he refused to wash the officer's car.

Officer Christopher Webb was visiting the boy's elementary school for a career day on May 4 when the incident occurred, according to Courthouse News

Woman Sues Brooklyn Doctor For Telling Her She Has HIV

NEW YORK CITY — A Harlem woman who didn't want to know whether she had contracted HIV is suing her doctor for breaking the news that she tested positive for the deadly virus.
The 31-year-old woman claims Dr. Pavel Yutsis
 violated state law by testing her without her consent and then delivering the devastating results — even though the revelation likely benefited her health.
"I was tricked. I never signed any paper," the woman, who filed her lawsuit as "Jane Doe" to protect her privacy, told DNAinfo.com last week. "It was a slap in the face."...article
