Passenger decides to get off airliner in flight
DENVER, Colorado - A United Airlines jetliner carrying more than 100 people en route to Las Vegas was diverted to Denver Saturday after a passenger tried to open an exterior door on the plane while it was in flight, officials said. Bizarre News-Birds cause emergency landing of airliner
Italy - Rome's Ciampino airport has closed after a Ryanair flight from Frankfurt suffered "substantial damage" as it made an emergency landing.
The budget airline said the plane suffered engine problems from multiple bird strikes as it came in to land at Rome's second-largest airport. More...
