India - An Indian politician refused to pay a highway toll, then robbed and vandalized the toll plaza. Karim Khan, a leader of the Congress Party in Ghaziabad, near New Delhi, would not pay his fee. Toll collectors refused to let Khan proceed. The politician eventually paid up, but he returned with reinforcements and rampaged through the building, destroying furniture and stealing 8,000 rupees in cash....More
