Argument over crack brings on machete attack
Kansas City - Jackson County prosecutors today accused a 66-year-old man of attacking a 42-year-old woman with a machete after an argument over crack cocaine. According to police, Planche gave the victim, who was his roommate, $20 to buy a rock of crack then complained about the size of the rock she delivered.
