City cracks down on weddings at lavish LA home

PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif. (AP) -- City officials in an upscale Los Angeles County suburb are cracking down - on weddings. The city has charged homeowner Melahat Uzumcu with improperly renting out her lavish 6,900-square-foot home for wedding receptions after neighbors complained of noise and traffic in Palos Verdes Estates.
