River Falls, Wisconsin - A Minnesota man was ticketed for walking out of a store wearing a stolen miniskirt and bikini to impress his wife. According to the River Falls Journal, police said workers caught Justin Larson leaving Shopko in River Falls wearing the women?s clothing.
